We provide Intensive Marathon coaching for surgeons at Dr. Hudson’s uptown office in Albuquerque. Dr. Hudson can also come to your location and provide one-on-one, confidential coaching intensives in your home, office or other location in the US or Canada. In marathon intensive coaching, surgeons meet one-on-one with Dr. Hudson for 5 hours a day and for 1-3 consecutive days. They stay overnight at a local hotel or bed and breakfast. Each individual has a unique schedule that is worked out in advance. Intensive coaching is especially useful for physician clients who cannot attend weekly coaching sessions and need to travel from distant locations. It provides a brief, intensive and focused approach to your coaching issues and is designed to help doctors learn new skills in less time. We provide intensives in most areas of coaching but it is especially valuable for anger management, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence coaching, couples marriage enrichment and time management.
